WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Please note that the bidder will incur all shipping fees.

If you return the item, we will refund or exchange only the value of the product, and not the shipping fees.

All items must be in the condition in which you received it. Clothing must be in perfect condition : unworn, unwashed, with original tags.

ORDER PROCESS

HOW TO ORDER?

Browse the website and choose your items. When you are ready to place an order, go to your cart and click on "Enter the delivery address."

Fill in your personal information. Make sure to put a valid postal code to calculate the shipping fees. Choose the transportation option and click on "Pay order."

Enter your credit card information and click on "Buy."

When your payment method is approved, click on "Buy" to complete the transaction.

After a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Many reasons could explain the absence of a confirmation email.
At first, check your junk mail box. If we are in there, be sure to add us to your safe list, as we send you all order updates with this email.

Another reason would be that your email was not entered correctly, or that we do not have your current email address on file. In this case, please contact our team.

It is also possible that you checked out without finishing properly, which implies that we never received your order. Please contact us to confirm.

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO BE PROCESSED BY YOUR TEAM?

Your order should be processed within two business days once the transaction is complete. Expect 1 to 7 days for delivery.

Shipping fees are calculated according to the customer address:

  • Quebec and Ontario: $12 to $20, free shipping on orders of $149.99 or more
  • Western Canada and Maritimes: $15 to $18, free shipping on orders of $149.99 or more
  • Canada, other territories: $25, 50% off on orders of $149.99 or more
  • The continental United States: $30, 50% off on orders of $149.99 or more
  • The United States, other states: $40, 50% off on orders of $149.99 or more
  • International: $60

IS A TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED WITH THE PACKAGE?

Yes, a tracking number is issued with any order. If you didn't receive it or have lost is, contact us and we will send it back.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Estimated time for a standard delivery is between 5 and 10 working days. We do not ship during weekends or holidays. Restrictions may apply.
